Here at Grace Baptist Church, you can get involved in a ministry where you can glorify God through serving Him and serving others. Where do you want to get involved?

Through our ministries, you can make a big difference in the lives of the people at Grace Baptist and in the wider community. Here are a few of the ministries where you can serve:

• Music & Worship. The music at Grace Baptist is incredible! Come and join the beautiful harmony of souls singing their hearts out to God to lead the congregation in worship: join the choir! Send Pastor Brennan Uthe an e-mail if you want to join the choir or have other musical talents you want to use to the glory of God.
  
  
• Helping the sick, disabled, and elderly. The Toolbox Ministry is always looking for new recruits!
  
   
• Childcare. Do you love caring for infants or young children? We always need more childcare workers willing to serve in the nursery. The nursery is absolutely vital to all of the other ministries in the church: in serving God in this "behind-the-scenes" ministry, you are doing something He honors greatly. • Evangelizing and Discipling Children. Want to impact future generations for Christ? You can do just that on Wednesday nights through the AWANA program, or by helping out with Sunday School or Children's Church on Sundays. If you can help on Wednesday nights, Sunday mornings, or Sunday nights, or you're just looking for more info, drop Michelle Walker (Assistant to the Children's Pastor) or Pastor Jamie Miller a line.
  
  
• Youth ministry. Our middle school (U-Turn) and high school (24-7) ministries are alive and very much growing. Last summer, God gave us a new youth building; it's a place where middle schoolers and teens can hang out and learn about Jesus. We need more youth leaders, especially as we expand our outreach at Jireh Place to community teens. If you're interested in being a youth leader, contact Pastor Blackford.
  
  
• Adult Evangelism. Do you have a burden for family or friends who are lost, who do not know the Lord Jesus as their Savior? Do you have a passion for sharing your faith? Consider our Evangelism Explosion program. Not only will you have the opportunity to share the most wonderful news in the world with the lost, but we'll train you in how to better share your faith with your friends and family and how to better defend the truth of your faith. • Welcoming ministry. Every visitor who comes to our church is like a guest in our home, and we want to offer our guests the hospitality we would offer a dear friend. Has God given you a warm and friendly personality? Do you want to welcome our guests, making yourself available to them if they would like to connect with our church? Or would you like to help our new members get acquainted with Grace Baptist so that they can find ministries and friends in the church?
